Joint Provider Agreement

If you are interested in applying for a common supplier to ASPS, you will find information and forms below. If your application is approved, ASPS, as an accredited supplier, must ensure that the activity provided jointly meets ACCME`s accreditation criteria and commercial assistance standards. On that date, the ASPS will only take into account the common provider of online activities. If you are interested in partnering with ASPS to provide a joint activity, contact ASPS as early as possible in the planning process. Note: ASPS must approve all materials (printed or electronic) relating to the registration, content of the educational program, exhibitions and marketing of PRIOR for materials printed, reserved or distributed outside the common supplier organisation. Non-compliance may lead to the termination of the common supplier contract and the forfeiture of the deposit fees. Since 1994, ASPS has been an accredited supplier for joint meetings with other regional and sub-specialized plastic surgery organizations. As an accredited provider, the ASPS must review and approve all contracts with companies that award scholarships or other commercial aids before being concluded. For more information, please contact Michelle Sirois at msirois@plasticsurgery.org. ASPS is your partner and resource in planning an accredited activity.

Our accreditation team will work with your staff and volunteers to plan the educational program and receive commercial support and educational scholarships. We advise you to contact ASPS 12 months before the start of the activity: THE ASPS cannot accredit an activity with less than four months` notice. After reviewing the activity training program, asPSA will determine the number of Category 1 AMA PRA credits™ physicians will be able to apply for participation.
